Our chapter succeeds because of our outstanding volunteers. We are in need of the following positions:

Social Chair - Someone with event planning skills that can help plan and execute our game watching parties, Hokie Happy Hours, and other social events. This person needs to be fun and have an upbeat and can do attitude. Time required approximately 3 hours per month.

Philanthropy Chair - Would act as the liaison for the chapter to outside organizations like CHKD and the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia as well as plan and execute any events held with those organizations. Time required approximately 2 hours per month.

Communications Chair - This position requires the need to interact with local print, internet, and television media by preparing and issuing press releases. This person would also prepare the copy for our chapter emails and assist with web site updates regarding upcoming events. Time required approximately 3 hours per month.
